Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Revelat Software Corp. ("Revelat", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing automated alert and notification services through the WhatsApp Cloud API, as well as when operating our multi-tenant software platforms and related systems. We are committed to transparency, security, and compliance with applicable data-protection laws.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to operate our services effectively. Depending on how our clients use the platform, we may process: • Account and tenant identification data (API keys, integration credentials, configuration metadata). • Phone numbers required for message delivery. • WhatsApp message templates, IDs, timestamps, and delivery status. • Logs related to API requests, security events, and system errors. We do NOT collect or access user conversations, WhatsApp media files, or any content unrelated to the notifications our clients choose to send.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected solely for: • Sending automated alerts and notifications through WhatsApp. • Ensuring message delivery, reliability, and system performance. • Providing technical support and debugging issues. • Improving the quality and functionality of our services. • Meeting legal or compliance obligations when required. We do NOT sell, rent, or otherwise monetize personal data.
3. Data Sharing
We only share data with third parties when strictly necessary: • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — Data such as phone numbers, template content, and delivery metadata is transmitted to the WhatsApp Cloud API solely to deliver messages. • Infrastructure providers — Cloud hosting, monitoring, and security tools may process limited operational data under strict confidentiality agreements. • Legal authorities — Only when required by law, regulation, or valid legal request. We never share data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
4. Data Security
We implement strong administrative, technical, and organizational measures to safeguard information, including: • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). • Access controls, authentication requirements, and role-based permissions. • Segregation of client (tenant) data. • Continuous monitoring, error logging, and anomaly detection. • Industry-standard secure development practices. While no system is entirely immune to risks, we continually work to enhance our security posture.
5. User Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as: • Access to personal data processed through our systems. • Correction of inaccurate information. • Deletion of data, when legally permitted. • Restriction or objection to certain processing activities. • Portability of data in standardized formats. End users should contact the organization that manages their data (our client). If we receive a request directly, we will forward it to the appropriate client and support them in responding.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. WhatsApp metadata, system logs, and diagnostic information are stored temporarily and deleted when no longer required for reliability, security, or compliance purposes.
